HARRISBURG, Pa.— Join us at the East Shore Area Library, 4501 Ethel St, Harrisburg, on Saturday, July 14 at 11:00 am for an opportunity to start healing your relationship with food. During Mindful and Intuitive Eating, registered dietitian Danielle Parris will guide an exploration into mindful and intuitive eating.
Intuitive eating is a journey that focuses on happiness and health rather than achieving a specific number on the scale. Attendees will learn a few fundamental nutrition concepts, practice mindful eating, and review the steps to becoming an intuitive eater. You can eat food you enjoy without sacrificing your health and wellness goals.
